Our entire range of Neil Perry Fresh products have been developed by our team at Rockpool, one of the world’s greatest restaurants.
The same philosophy that underpins the restaurant is used in the creation of our products“the cornerstone of good cooking is sourcing the finest ingredients”. To that end, all the products are made from the highest quality fresh ingredients.
Neil Perry developed these products because he truly believes that just because you are time poor doesn’t mean you have to compromise on freshness and flavour, and just because you’re on a budget doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy restaurant quality food at home.
All our products enable you to cook with maximum flavour in a minimum amount of time, whether it be for a mid-week family dinner or a more leisurely dinner party with friends. And, through our association with Woolworths, our range is available right across Australia.
One of the key distinctions between our products and others is that they are truly fresh. They are made using whole fresh ingredients and therefore live in the fridge, where fresh produce belongs – not on the shelf. All the products are made in limited quantities to order for Woolworths, and can be found in the fresh produce sections of the supermarket.

Delicious, full flavoured dressings made from the highest quality ingredients. These dressings have a beautifully balanced flavour and texture to best complement your favourite salads. Depending on your selection, they are also perfect as a marinade for seafood and meat, or as a dipping sauce for fresh shellfish and sashimi.
RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Seared Ocean Trout & Soba Noodles
with Soy + Chilli Dressing
Serves 4
4 ocean trout fillets, skin off, bones removed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
250g soba noodles, cooked then refreshed in iced water
110ml “Neil Perry Fresh” Soy + Chilli Dressing
1 red capsicum, finely sliced
1 Lebanese cucumber, finely sliced
3 shallots (scallions), finely sliced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
cup mint leaves, roughly torn
cup coriander leaves
In a pan heat the olive oil and sear the fillets for 3 minutes either side. Rest for a few minutes in a warm place. Carefully mix all the salad ingredients together with half the dressing. Serve between 4 plates, place the fillets on top and drizzle the remaining dressing over the dish.
