We are seeking a highly experienced Baker to join our expert Pastry team. Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef this position will require you to produce pastries and breads of exceptional quality in a restaurant environment.

This is a full time position.  As a Baker you will have:

- the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

- excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- work effectively as part of a team

We are seeking a highly experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our expert Pastry team. Whilst reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, this position will require you to be 2IC and ensure the Pastry kitchen runs to its full capabilities.
